Payment requests (text and email)

Ask a customer to pay an amount; they get a link by email and/or text.

• Sends on every channel you have details for, unless channels is given. Texting requires sms_consent: true.
• customer uses a saved customer's contact details; send: false only creates it.
• expires_in_days (default 30); reminders: {offsets_days: [2, 5]} days after sending.
• POST /:id/send resends, POST /:id/cancel stops the link. GET /api/v1/payment_requests, GET /:id.

Events: payment_request.created, .sent, .paid, .canceled, .expired.
